We are giving stress on social benefits towards our worker, Customer and as well as our society also. Infinity Exports is small Scale based, so that we are not able to give various benefit to our worker. We are also giving stress for the essential and necessary benefits to our worker.
(A) Towards Workers:
(1) Infinity Exports have a training and development program at our factory for the rural people and weaker section of our society. We also have a separate training program for women also so that they can earn money for their livelihood. Through our training and development program they turn unskilled worker to skilled worker.
(2). We are always concentrating towards our worker's health. As we know that worker is also a factor of production so that we are very careful for their health and we also provide some Medical benefits.
(B)Customer
(1) We are serving ancient handmade art to customer. These are ancient handmade art is very precious and we are bound to protect and as well as save our traditional art.
(2) We are always keeping stress regarding quality and price and as well as discounting facility for the customers.
(C)Society
(1) We are always giving stress on social benefits toward our Society. Our work is aimed to help the rural craftsman and as well as the weaker section of our society so that they can earn money for their livelihood.
(2) We are introducing our ancient traditional art, which are eco friendly. We are also doing well as natural values of handicraft products with convenience and aesthetic of our contemporary living.
Anthropological Overview :
We also stress on Anthropological aspects of the pottery too.
Example : When we make any products for Germany, we think about the finger of German as our (Indian) fingers are more thin than of Germans, their
fingers are Thick and big. So diameter of handle of any cups or Beer mug should be big.
In previous the artisans when they make any crafting on the pottery they always do on the floor and rest their hand on their lap so the productivity is less, but we have seen that if we arrange small height of tool for making products and can rest their hand on that tool the productivity of crafting is much higher than previous when we calculate in 5 minutes.
